  • Set within 80 hectares of green, the villa is surrounded by cypress trees, maritime pines and flowers. There is an olive grove to the front, fields to the back and a shaded forest that can be explored on foot until you reach a stream of fresh water.

  • The enormous pietra-serena terrace right in front of the house, with its wisteria-covered area is the perfect alfresco dining spot.

  • Villa Berretta’s 16.5m travertine swimming pool is conveniently close to the villa. Plenty of sun beds are dotted around the pool. Enjoy 360 degree views while swimming.

  • The astro-surface tennis court is set within the olive grove, just down from the villa. We provide racquets of all sizes and balls
