Villa Berretta, conveniently divided between the 5-bedroom main house and the self-contained 3-bedroom annex house, and suited for 15 guests, has breathtaking 360 degrees views of unspoilt, rolling Tuscan hills.
What is now a comfortable and contemporary villa was recently fully restored with luxury finishings, while preserving the original stonework, vaulted ceilings and old beams. Enjoy al fresco dining on the enormous pietra-serena terrace, a plunge in the inviting swimming pool or, in the winter, reading a book by the fireplace.
The property is suitable for disabled access and includes a disabled shower room in the annex

The main house on two floors has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a beautiful and very large kitchen, a music room, a TV and a play room, a living room with fireplace and on the upper floor also a lounging area. The enormous pietra-serena terrace right in front of the house, with its wisteria-covered area is the perfect al fresco dining spot.

There are 5 bedrooms in the main house.
Upstairs there are: 2 king size rooms with en-suite bathrooms,1 twin/triple room and 1 single/baby room, that share a bathroom.
Downstairs, there is one further double room with en-suite shower room.
All the bedrooms are bright, spacious and breezy, with views across the surrounding countryside. All bedrooms (except the baby single room) are equipped with A/C. The bathrooms are all new; the master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with both shower and tub, double wash-basin and has its own dressing room.

All the bathrooms are new and plenty of towels will be waiting for you on arrival. There are 4 bathrooms in the main house for 5 bedrooms. The annex comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The large and well-equipped kitchen comes with two ovens, two sinks, a large American-style fridge and all the appliances you’ll need to cook a delicious meal. The large open-plan space includes the indoor dining table.

The loggia or day room on the upper floor of the main house has large windows overlooking the beautiful hills in front.
